SV Tech specializes in Front End Equipment to provide our customers with a higher level of service than that which has previously been available. We provide refurbished equipment, parts, upgrades, modification and PM.
1. Repair and Refurbish Service
SV Tech can provide spin motors and control modules repair service for DNS, and SVG track systems.
SV Tech can provide refurbish service for LAM, TEGAL, Branson IPC, AMAT P5000 etch systems, DNS, SVG track systems, UT Steppers, Nikon lithography systems, and other areas as well.
SV Tech can provide rebuild service for LAM Auto-etcher's gap drive module.
2. PM/BM Service
SV Tech engineers are available for scheduled PM visits for LAM, Tegal, AMAT, DNS, SVG, and Eaton Implant. All PMs can be arranged. SV Tech warrantees workmanship and materials for 30 days from the date of purchase or repairs.
3. Used Equipment Brokerage service
We can provide surplus used equipment around. Our services include finding, fab, deinstallation, refurbish, and install equipment.
We have a consortium network to ensure customer satisfaction from beginning to end.
4. Other Products Rep Service
SV Tech is a representitive for selling thin film thickness system, which are manufactured by Midas and KMAC. iaphragm Pump, and Chemical Management Systems.
